Polices

All items purchased from Biodetic shall be paid for in advance of shipping, by either credit card, paypal or other immediate transaction monetary facility.

Return Policy

You may return an unopen, unused item(s) with original receipt and valid return authorization number within 30 days of purchase. If you wish to return an item purchased please contact us via phone 902-402-6264, or email support@biodetic.com to receive an Return Authorization Number (RA#) and instructions on how to return the item(s). The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping to return the items to Biodetic. We encourage our customers to use a shipment method that provides tracking information.

All returns must be new, unused condition and contain all original parts and components. We will not accept or refund any items that have been damaged, used, or do not contain all original parts and components. We will not issue any refunds on products that were damaged during installation or because of incorrect installation.

Returns and/or refunds on custom products and/or special order items are not permitted.

Any items returned to Biodetic without an RMA number on the outside of the box will not be processed and will be discarded.

A 15% Restock Fee will be charged for all returns. We do not refund shipping on returned items, nor do we offer store credit. If an item is returned to us without a properly requested and issued RA#, it will not be processed for return. If your return comes back to us damaged, we will follow the above outlined policy and no refund will be issued. We encourage our customers to package their return carefully as to avoid any damages in transit back to us.

Order Cancellation Policy

If you contact us via phone or email to cancel your regular order prior to it being processed we will gladly cancel your order free of charge. However, if your order has already been processed for shipment, or if it is special or custom order that required a special order on our behalf, we will not be able to cancel your order. You may return the order in accordance with our regular return policy.

Refused Shipments and Undeliverable Addresses

If you refuse delivery of a shipment when the package comes back to us it will be discarded and you will not be refunded for your order. Again, if you wish to return something please follow our normal return policy.

If you provide an undeliverable address and your package comes back to us marked undeliverable we will contact you to obtain a valid shipping address. You will be responsible for shipping cost to reship your order to you. Please note you will be charged the actual cost of shipment.

International Orders

All international orders will be shipped via FedEx International Priority or UPS International Priority, or Global Priority Mail. All applicable import duties or taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer. Biodetic is in no way responsible for any delays or additional taxes or fees that foreign customs agencies may impose or cause. It is the responsibility of the customer to contact his/her local customs agency to inquire about the amount of the fees that may apply to the order, prior to purchase.

The customer is also responsible for determining whether or not the items they purchase will be allowed into their respective country. Biodetic will not allow refunds for items that a customs agency will not allow into the country.
Biodetic return policy also applies to our international customers; however special rules may apply since custom charges are often incurred when items are being returned to us from another country. The customer will be responsible for paying any duties/taxes on items they are returning to us.

Any international order that is refused or is returned to us because it was not picked up in time by the customer, will not be refunded or reshipped.

Shipping Prices

Biodetic will charge normal FEDEX, UPS or USPS shipping rates plus a reasonable handling fee on all orders. Final shipping costs will be determined by the end destination and the method of shipment selected by the customer.
Disclaimers

Biodetic is not responsible for any merchandise lost or stolen through the US parcel post mail. To avoid any complications with your delivery you may select FedEx Ground or UPS Ground service and request signature confirmation upon delivery. Please note, it is not the policy of Biodetic to request signature delivery confirmation on its orders.

Expedited Shipping

Biodetic is happy to offer expedited shipping to its customers. Please beware when selecting any expedited shipping method, such as UPS or FedEx 2ndDay or Overnight, the following will apply: Business days are Monday through Friday. Any expedited delivery requests that are placed after 2pm on Monday-Thursday, will be shipped on the next business day; if after 2pm Friday, it will not be shipped until Monday.

Warranties and Defects

Some of the products sold by Biodetic are covered under manufacturer warranty. Service information containing terms and conditions are often included in the product box. We encourage our customers to complete the product registration information and return any registration cards to the manufacturer. Please note that improper product installation can void a manufacturers warranty so please follow any guidelines listed.

Out of Stock Products

Our goal at Biodetic is to ship your products accurately and as quickly as possible. Unfortunately, there may be times when we are out of stock on an item you have ordered which may delay your shipment. We will keep you informed if there will be any delays due to out of stock items on your order, typically via email if you have provided an email address. And of course we will ship your order as soon as your product becomes available.

Sales Tax

Sales tax of 8.5% of the total order will be charged on orders shipping to a Texas address.

We are the sole owners of the information collected on this site. We only have access to collect information that you voluntarily give us via email or other direct contact from you. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone.

PLEASE NOTE: Orders shipped via rush, express or next day air often ship same day if received before 2:00 p.m EST (excluding weekends). Orders received after 2:00 p.m. EST Friday, typically ship the following business day. However, we cannot guarantee same day or next day shipping on any orders placed online. Please note, that a physical address must be provided for these shipments. No P.O. Boxes. Only available in continental United States. All expedited shipping methods do require indirect signatures upon delivery. If an order is shipped via one of these methods and contains accessories or multiple brands, the order may be split into multiple shipments to expedite it as quickly as possible.

**International orders will be shipped via Global Priority Mail or FedEx International and marked as compression stockings (international customers are responsible for any custom fees and import taxes)...

**Tracking numbers will be provided upon shipment assuming you have provided us with your e-mail during checkout.

**In the event of an extended manufacturer's backorder, we will promptly notify you.
